1. Escalation Procedure

  1. Contact Support: Reach out to Mr Speed support for assistance.
  2. Payment Hold: Suspend the payment if a dispute arises.
  3. Investigation: Conduct a thorough analysis and request supporting evidence.
  4. Product Return: Return the product to the seller, if applicable.
  5. Resolution: Issue a refund or process payment based on the findings.

Unresolved cases will be escalated to the management of LUS SERVICES within 72 hours.

2. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Exchanges of used products are the responsibility of the users; however, Mr Speed acts as a mediator in the case of a reported dispute.

3. Refund Policy

The Mr Speed App is a product of LUS SERVICES, a private company. Mr Speed works exclusively with its authorized suppliers for new products. Customers assume responsibility for the product upon delivery or collection from the supplier.

For used products sold between users, Mr Speed acts as a trusted third party through a secure escrow payment system. Funds are released to the seller only after confirmation of receipt by the buyer or upon expiration of the claim period.

In the case of a reported scam, the payment is blocked, and a return procedure is initiated. Once the returned product is received from the seller, the buyer is fully refunded.
