To create an account, click on the "Sign Up" button on the top right of the homepage and fill in your details. Make sure to verify your email to activate your account.

Mr Speed holds the payment in a secure escrow account. The seller receives the money only after the buyer confirms receipt of the product or the dispute period expires.

Returns for used products depend on the agreement between the buyer and seller. Mr Speed mediates disputes and ensures a fair resolution through the escrow system.

If you encounter a suspicious seller or transaction, click "Report" on the product page or contact our support team immediately. Payments will be held until the issue is resolved.

Vendors and partners need to submit their Identity card, RCCM, National ID, Tax number, and License to complete KYC/KYB verification.
